Last Saturday i ajak kwn2 pegi hi tea kt Damansara..so since skrg ni tgh demam pavlova..so i buat pavlova double layer tp nipis skit sbb bebudak ni suke rangup2...it was a long2 day sbb after pavlova i ade jgk buat RV sbb i sndiri plak craving nk mkn RV..alhamdulillah dua2 nya menjadi n tk de ape2 mslh..cume pavlova tu mule2 dye mcm nk sensitive tp masih dpt diselamatkan...hehe...enjoy the picta!!

Sue craving for Red Velvet again

Last month i've recieved an order from my officemate..for bday wishes..Red velvet mnjadi pilhan..the RV nmpk mcm messy sikit sbb cust sndiri choose utk ltk hiasan name atas cake tu mggunakan cream cheese jgk..eventhough it looks messy but the taste was soooo nice...i guarantee sehingga menjilat jari..i bet u..hehe..Neway thanx to Adah n Ira..Happy birthday gurl!!

Ramai jugak nak tahu apa itu pavlova..??


Kalau pergi Restoran Serai di Empire Subang...ada kek pavlova tu..tp harga dye blh tahan la...so kalau teringin blh la ke sana n cuba..Actually i dah pernah makan kek tu hasil dr one of my friend, dye mmg pandai buat..proud of her! Tapi tym tu tak ingat pun nama kek tu kek pavlova.


Then i pn google resepi kat internet dan buat...akhirnya business kek pavlova la pulak..hehe..biarpun nampak mudah tetapi agak berat tanggungjawab tersebut untuk dilaksanakan..Secara mekanismanya i sendiri buntu mengapa kdg2 pavlova tkblh menjadi sedangkan kebanyakannya mengikut sebijik-sebijik resepi di internet yang rata-rata i tinjau tu memang lebih kurang sama.


So kalau buat pavlova ni depends la nasib mcm mana...i yang setiap hari membuat ini pun ada kalanya conpius bila pavlova tiba-tiba tak jadi ranggup walhal setiap kali itulah cara yang sama i buat..kene byk sabar ye..


I jual satu tu from 50 to120 depends on size & permintaan customer..ade yg nk 1 layer je..but i ada juga buat 2 layer untuk kepuasan customer..hehe.
