Homemade frozen Curry Puff

Hye there! 
Today the weather is really cool in KL and we have been thinking about some snack foods that we make for our family and friends. Curry Puff (Karipap in Malay language) are very common fried snacks along with Goreng Pisang, and can easily be found at roadside stalls all over the place. These are usually sold during the afternoon but are available most of the day...

Traditionally, the Curry Puffs in Malaysia are the deep fried type and the pastry is from a dough, it's easy cooking as we will be using those frozen puff pastry available from Sweet & Fluffy which you can bake the puffs in the oven, or deep-frying them. Easy right??

Latest update..Rainbow cake fever!

I posted about my rainbow cake on fb before, and the cool thing is that if you’re making something so distractingly colourful, people will think it’s delicious no matter what.

This presents me with the option to create my own style a cake and I created my own frosting. This cake is suitable for many occasions..A child’s birthday..Your parent's birthday..Your friend’s birthday..or release party..=D

Sometimes a cake doesn't have to be shaped like a pirate or dragon to be incredible. Sometimes a cake can just be a yummy layer cake with plain white frosting that you make for a friend. This cake may look like an ordinary white cake on the outside, but when you make the first slice you soon realize that it's in fact the zaniest cake you've ever seen.
